HPC Cart
For businesses with retail, wholesale, and distributor pricing, quantity discounts, custom parts, or variable freight. Collect the product details first. Confirm the right price before you collect payment.
Your pricing model should not have to fit a checkout template.
One public price does not work for every business. A distributor may pay a different rate from a retail customer. A larger order may qualify for a volume discount. A custom part may need a drawing review, while a bulky shipment needs an actual freight quote.
HPC Cart gives customers a familiar way to select products, options, and quantities without requiring public prices or an immediate payment. Their selections become one organized inquiry for your team to review. Your business applies its pricing and confirms the details.
Select. Confirm. Pay.
1. Build the inquiry
Customers choose products, required options, and quantities. They review their list and send it with their contact details and project notes through your configured inquiry form.
2. Confirm the quote
Your team reviews the request, checks availability, applies the correct customer tier and quantity discounts, and confirms shipping, tax, scope, and terms.
3. Send the payment link
Once the amount is agreed, send an invoice and payment link through Nickel or another suitable provider. Verify payment through your provider before fulfillment.
Pricing review and invoicing remain with your business. The standard cart does not automatically identify account tiers, calculate negotiated discounts, generate invoices, or reconcile payments.
Made for businesses that quote before they sell.
Wholesale & distribution
Collect product lists without publishing separate retail, wholesale, and distributor rates. Review the account and order size before offering a price.
Custom parts & project supply
Gather SKUs, options, quantities, and notes before assessing drawings, materials, configuration, or production requirements.
Freight & variable costs
Confirm delivery costs, supplier availability, or current material prices before issuing an invoice for the delivered total.
Two ways to get HPC Cart.
HPC installation
Have HPC install and configure the cart on a compatible website. We review your platform, catalog, required options, inquiry form, and delivery needs before quoting the agreed setup.
Files for your own implementation
Receive the cart files and setup guidance for you or your developer to implement. This is a website component, not a hosted store or an installable plugin promised to work on every platform.
One-time payment. Your files to keep and use.
No recurring HPC Cart license fee and no requirement to keep paying HPC to use the delivered version. The quote defines the included configuration, deliverables, installation work, and any support.
Website hosting, email delivery, payment-processing fees, third-party services, future changes, and ongoing maintenance may have their own costs. A one-time purchase does not include unlimited future updates or lifetime support.
Keep your invoice and payment workflow.
HPC Cart is the inquiry layer, not a payment processor. With Nickel, your team can review a request and manually create the invoice and payment link using its supported tools. Other providers with payment links can fit the same general workflow, subject to their requirements.
The standard setup does not include an automated Nickel API integration. Payment-provider accounts, availability, features, and charges are separate. Review Nickel’s invoice-payment workflow and current provider pricing.
From inquiry to shipment, with AI-assisted quoting.

The cart is the starting point. Through HPC Automation & Development, we can scope a back-office workflow around your catalog, approved pricing, invoice tools, and fulfillment process.
- Receive the inquiry. Collect the selected products, options, quantities, and customer requirements in one structured request.
- Prepare the quote with AI. Resolve the request against your approved catalog and pricing rules, including verified customer tiers and quantity discounts. Flag missing specifications, shipping costs, tax information, or availability for review rather than inventing a value.
- Review, approve, and send. Your team confirms the amount and terms. AI drafts the customer email with the approved quote or invoice. Add a matching payment link created through your provider, then approve the message before sending.
- Verify payment. Confirm the payment through the provider’s trusted dashboard or a supported authenticated integration before releasing the order.
- Start the order and ship. Prepare the order or coordinate the supplier, then send tracking when available. Any automated fulfillment actions require their own agreed setup and testing.
This is an optional, separately scoped workflow, not a connected feature of the current demo or a standard cart-only purchase. AI quoting, invoice creation, email sending, payment verification, and shipping automation depend on your systems and approved integrations. Any recurring third-party or AI usage costs are separate from the one-time cart purchase.
Questions before you start
Do I have to show product prices?
No. Use a quote-only catalog, show selected prices, or combine the two. Any listed subtotal is not the final delivered quote and excludes unpriced items.
Does it calculate my wholesale tiers and volume discounts?
Not automatically. Your business reviews the inquiry and applies its approved pricing. Automated pricing or account access would be a separate scoped project.
Will it work with my website?
Compatibility needs review. Tell us your platform, who maintains it, and how your catalog is managed. Live installations also need a reliable form and email-delivery setup, testing, and appropriate spam protection.
Is the demo placing real orders?
No. It uses fictional products and generates a sample inquiry locally. It does not send email, create an invoice, reserve stock, or take payment. The separate quote request below is a real inquiry to HPC about the cart service.
Tell us how your business sells.
Use the form below to request an HPC Cart quote. In your message, include HPC Cart, your website address and platform, approximate product count, any required options, and whether you want HPC installation or files for your own implementation. Tell us if you hide prices, offer customer tiers or quantity discounts, or use a particular invoice/payment provider.
This is a request for a scoped quote, not a purchase or payment commitment. Please do not send customer lists, confidential price sheets, passwords, or payment details.
